Bond Healthcare is recruiting for a Theatre Practitioner to join our highly respected client’s team of staff in their Theatre department, based in Birmingham.

This is a great opportunity for a Theatre Practitioner to progress their career within a fantastic Private Hospital setting. There are continual development opportunities available moving forward.


The successful Theatre Practitioner should meet the following criteria:

  • Registered Practitioner with NMC registration.

  • Driven and enthusiastic.

  • Caring and Professional nature.

  • Ability to work in a team and use own initiative.

  • Punctual and reliable


Duties of this Theatre Practitioner role include:

  • To support and assist in the management and organisation of care provision within the Operating Department

  • Demonstrate commitment to improving care and the patient experience.

  • Assist in the delivery of patient care.

  • Contribute to quality improvement.

  • Develop and enhance the skills and knowledge of others and self.
