Bond Healthcare is a multi-award winning recruitment business based in Belfast City Centre.   As part of our continued success an excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Administrator.

The successful candidate will be required to provide full administrative support in addition to assisting with the marketing and promotion of the business via social media.


  • Ensuring compliance with all statutory and contractual legislations

  • Processing and renewing Access NI applications

  • Issue starter packs and timesheets to all new candidates

  • Clearing all new candidates for work including issuing uniforms and ID badges

  • Conducting candidate file audits in line with NMC/NISCC requirements

  • Management of practical and online training

  • Creating candidate profiles for submission to clients

  • First point of contact to all members including reception and telephone duties

  • General administrative duties

  • Assisting Payroll division will collating timesheets for Healthcare division

  • Assist with marketing campaigns and promoting business via social media


The successful applicant for the position will have:

  • Exceptional telephone manner and computer literacy

  • Administration background

  • Ideally have a background in supporting a sales team

  • Sociable with a good sense of humour

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic

  • Highly organised
