Recruitment Administrator

Bond Healthcare is a multi-awarding winning recruitment agency, winning Best Temporary Recruitment Agency at the Recruiter Awards 2022.

Due to the recent success, Bond have an exciting opening for an experienced recruitment administrator to join the onboarding team. Based in our Belfast office, you will be responsible for the onboarding and vetting of Healthcare Assistants and Nurses joining our agency.


  • Maintaining candidate files and conducting reference checks including NMC/NISCC/Access NI checks.
  • Conducting telephone and Zoom interviews with new candidates as part of the onboarding process.
  • Answering a high volume of enquiries by telephone and email.
  • Liaise with Recruitment Consultants regarding the needs of our clients.


Skills and Experience

  • Ideally, the successful candidate will have administration experience, although this is not essential.
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral.
  • Good organisational skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet new people over Zoom and work independently.
  • Attention to detail and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work under pressure.

Salary in the region of £22,000-£24,000
