Working in a fast paced, exciting environment, in Belfast City Centre, the successful candidate will generate new client leads, build relationship with our hundreds of candidates, understanding their requirements, particular skills and needs while working within our Temporary placement team providing recruitment solutions to our Private Sector Healthcare clients.
Ideally the successful candidate would have previous experience in the recruitment in the Healthcare sector, although this is not essential.
The successful candidate should be;
Highly motivated and driven to meet objectives and targets
Capable of working within a team whilst also being proactive and taking initiative
Personable, proactive and confident at liaising with both candidates and clients via email and telephone
Able to thrive in a fast paced, exciting recruitment environment
