Our NHS hospital client in Belfast needs a locum Consultant in Clinical Neurophysiology, starting as soon as possible on an ongoing basis. There is 1 post available.
The job plan runs Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, covering NCS/EMG (including specialised EMG), EEG, ambulatory EEG/telemetry and admin sessions, plus weekend on-call for EEG – around 10.5 programmed activities (PAs) a week. Most of the work is on site, with some remote working possible.
What you’ll need
- Full GMC registration
- At least six months paid clinical experience
- Previous experience in the relevant specialty (desirable)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- MRCP (UK) or an equivalent qualification
- Two recent references relevant to the specialty and grade
- ALS or ILS certificate from an accredited course
- Access NI check
- Access to transport to travel between sites
