We’re looking for Registered Nurses to join a busy, well-run nursing home in Bangor, caring for older people, people living with dementia and adults with learning disabilities. You’ll enjoy varied clinical work and a team that values your experience.
About the role
We’re looking for Registered Nurses to join a busy, well-run nursing home in Bangor, caring for older people, people living with dementia and adults with learning disabilities. You’ll enjoy varied clinical work and a team that values your experience.
You’ll lead the care team on shift, delivering safe, person-centred nursing care. Day, night and weekend shifts are available, you’ll be paid weekly, and a dedicated Bond consultant will support you throughout.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the care team during your shift
- Assess, plan and review residents’ care, keeping care plans up to date
- Administer medication safely and accurately
- Liaise with GPs, families and other professionals
- Maintain accurate records and report any concerns
What you’ll need
Applicants must have:
- At least 6 months of UK nursing experience gained within the past 2 years (care home based)
- Experience providing personal care, and medication administration
- The legal right to work in the UK
- Valid NMC registration
- Adherence to NMC code
- Access NI check (we arrange this for free)
