We specialise in the recruitment and placement of temporary Nurses and Healthcare Assistants across Northern Ireland. We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Associate to join our team and help strengthen our brand, grow our audience, and support business development.
Initially the position is for a 6 month period however there may be an opportunity to extend.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage marketing campaigns
- Manage social media platforms and content scheduling
- Write engaging content for websites, email campaigns, and promotional materials
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reports
- Assist with branding, events, and promotional activities
- Support SEO and digital advertising initiatives
- Maintain and update the company website
- Research market trends and competitor activity
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in marketing
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is desirable
- Marketing qualification preferred but not essential
