As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Principal / Managing Consultant to come in, take ownership, and make a real impact.
The Role
This is a genuinely senior opportunity for someone who already knows how to bill and build relationships. You’ll take control of a warm desk with live roles, established clients, and plenty of room to grow it further.
You’ll be placing high-quality medical professionals into locum, contract and permanent roles, while developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing partnerships.
Most importantly — you’ll be rewarded properly for it, with commission levels of up to 20%, uncapped.
We are eager to speak with experienced candidates at all levels and are confident remuneration will not be a barrier for the right candidate.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and growing relationships with NHS Trusts and private healthcare providers
- Winning new business and negotiating rates and terms
- Sourcing and placing Consultants, GPs, Specialty Doctors and Registrars
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from first call to placement and beyond
- Ensuring compliance standards are met (no cutting corners)
- Taking real ownership of your desk and revenue
- Supporting or mentoring junior consultants if that’s something you enjoy
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in medical recruitment
- A solid billing track record
- Confidence in negotiating and building long-term relationships
- Strong understanding of NHS frameworks and compliance
- Commercial mindset with ambition to grow
- Someone who wants autonomy but also values being part of a strong team
