Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care and support with daily activities.
- Promote independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing.
- Support with medication, mobility, and social activities where required.
- Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns promptly.
- Work effectively with colleagues and the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure children and young people receive safe, respectful, and person-centred care.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months’ experience working as a Support Worker in the UK.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or an equivalent qualification, is required.
- A caring, compassionate, and professional approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and providing high-quality care.
