Bond Healthcare is recruiting Support Workers for a block booking within a children’s residential facility. This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated care professionals who are passionate about supporting children and young people and helping them achieve greater independence and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care and support with daily activities.
- Promote independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing.
- Assist with medication, mobility, and social activities where required.
- Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns.
- Support children and young people in a safe, positive, and respectful environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and the wider care team.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months’ experience working as a Support Worker in the UK.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent, is required.
- Advanced MAPA/CPI training is preferred.
- A caring, professional, and compassionate approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and delivering high-quality care.
