About the role
Our NHS hospital client in Antrim needs a locum Consultant in Diabetes & Endocrinology from 7 December 2026 to 28 February 2027.
This is a weekday post, typically 9am–5pm, within the hospital's acute diabetes service.
What you’ll need
- Full GMC registration
- At least six months paid clinical experience
- Previous experience in the relevant specialty (desirable)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- MRCP (UK or Ireland) or equivalent qualification
- CCT/CCST in Endocrinology & Diabetes Mellitus and General (Internal) Medicine
- Experience of working in the NHS or HSE
- Current ALS/BLS resuscitation training
- Right Patient, Right Blood (RPRB) knowledge and competency assessments
- Infection control training
