Bond Healthcare is currently recruiting Support Workers for a block booking position within a children’s residential facility. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people, promote independence, and make a positive difference to their daily lives.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care and support with daily activities.
- Promote independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing.
- Support with medication, mobility, and social activities where required.
- Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns promptly.
- Work effectively with colleagues and the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure children and young people receive safe, respectful, and person-centred care.
What you’ll need
- A minimum of 6 months’ experience working as a support worker in the UK
- An NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or an equivalent qualification
- A caring, compassionate and professional approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and providing high-quality care
- A valid driving licence and access to a car are preferred
